This Valentine’s Day

I haven’t really had any luck with Valentine’s day in the past, if you don’t count the one time in Pre-K when my “boyfriend”/good friend gave me, and only me, a hand made (by his mother) Valentine’s card. Or the time in 4th grade when I got a Valentine from a secret admirer. Other than those two times I have never liked Valentines Day. But THIS year, I was really excited about it. Not only because I have a boyfriend who is wonderful and awesome and perfect, but also because I was more excited about giving love than receiving love. I have come to find out that I get way more pleasure in making others happy than everyone else trying to make me happy. So here is a post in honor of Valentine’s Day (even though it’s kind of late and everyone is probably tired of it by now).
I know, I didn’t do a doodle and it’s just a boring picture; maybe next holiday.
I would say I had a pretty awesome Valentine’s Day. I got to spend it with someone amazing, I was really happy that he liked what I got him, we made cookies, and I got my first bouquet of flowers ever! (by someone not my mom or dad)
